DXC, a global IT services provider with more than 130,000 employees, engaged us to design a unified online system for employees to request and manage devices, software, and permissions.

Visual Design Leadership

Joining the project after initial research and UX foundations, I focused on elevating visual design quality. This included standardizing components, harmonizing typography, and refining high-fidelity screens to support consistency and usability across the system.

The team worked collaboratively to build a scalable, cohesive experience for employees worldwide. This involved aligning design with complex business requirements, ensuring clarity in flows, and maintaining usability across multiple device types and contexts.
