Creating an innovative app for tuning complex bike components
Fox Factory is a leading manufacturer and distributor of high-performance suspension products for powersports and mountain biking. The objective was to refine and polish an app that helps users tune complex bike components by improving visual design and instructional clarity.
Refining the Experience
The product team had completed flows and core screens before I joined the effort. My role was to bring visual consistency and refinement to the design system, focusing on colors, typography, components, and illustrations to better communicate adjustment instructions within the app.
Visual & Instructional Polish
Working closely with the team, we elevated high-fidelity screens by creating detailed, explanatory visuals that help users understand suspension tuning. This work contributed to a clearer and more engaging final product while expanding my skills in Figma and illustration.
