A Bit About Me
I’m a product and UX designer who has spent the last 20 years helping teams turn complex software into tools people can actually understand and trust. Much of my work has focused on enterprise platforms, where decisions need to hold up over time and across many users, teams, and constraints. I care deeply about doing the work well and about building things that quietly make people’s jobs easier.
How I Work
I start by listening. I want to understand the people using the product, the goals of the business, and the realities of the technology before jumping to solutions. I enjoy untangling complexity and finding clear paths forward, especially when the problem feels messy or undefined.
I am hands on and detail oriented, but I always keep the bigger picture in mind. I focus on designing solutions that are practical, durable, and easy for teams to build on over time.
Experience That Scales
I have worked across consultancies, startups, and large organizations. These environments taught me how to design for scale and how to make progress within real world constraints.
A consistent theme in my work is creating shared structure. Whether that takes the form of clearer workflows, reusable patterns, or better alignment across teams, my goal is to help products grow without becoming harder to use or maintain.
Leadership Without the Spotlight
I have managed and mentored designers throughout my career and genuinely enjoy supporting others as they grow. Today, I focus on senior individual contributor roles where I can lead through collaboration, thoughtful feedback, and strong execution rather than formal authority.
You can check out my full experience on my Resume. I value clear communication, kindness, and a sense of humor. I enjoy working with people who care about their craft and about each other. If you are building something complex and want to get it right, I would love to connect.

When I’m not pushing pixels
Outside of work, you’ll find me planning my next travel adventures, (trying to) garden in the Texas heat, or working with my hands. I find myself regularly inspired by craftsmanship of all kinds, and am just smart (dumb?) enough to try my hand at it.
This has led me to some amazing projects, like building furniture, publishing a cookbook, laser cutting, modern quilting, and many more. It might cost twice as much and take twice as long as buying it in the store, but I wouldn’t trade the experience for anything.
